WebI couldn't be happier with my Loar. That said, I'm saving up for an Eastman as my back-up instrument now. The MD315 would be my choice here. The LM-520 is my favorite (and my best selling) F model at the price point. In the Loar Line, the LM-600 is going to be closer to the Eastman as far as tone goes.
