Mix broccoli with sprouts, halloumi, harissa and olive oil in a roasting tin. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes. Stir through chopped spinach and taste and season with sea salt and lemon juice to taste. Serve with rice, cous cous or flatbreads and yoghurt.
